Refund policy

Trees are by nature all different and variations such as symmetry, thickness and height within the size category are not cause for a replacement. In the unlikely event you feel there is an issue with quality let us know within 48 hours so we can resolve asap. Trees can be collected and replaced for a £10 fee within 48 hours of delivery

Returns – As Christmas trees are perishable items, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with the tree and we are notified within 48 hours of delivery we will resolve. Trees can be collected and replaced for a £10 fee within 48 hours of delivery

Sizing – All trees will be within the height range in cm you ordered. It can take a while for branches to settle once out of the netting, it's best to allow them to settle naturally instead of forcing the branches
