Size and shape of tree was great... but needed reporting as pot delivered in was way too small

Our trees are grown directly in the pots to ensure they stay healthy and manageable for our customers. As they grow, their roots naturally spread within the potting space provided. If the pots were larger, the trees would have grown bigger, making them less practical for most homes.
We do recommend repotting them into a larger container if you’re planning to keep them longer term—it gives the roots more room to spread and helps the tree thrive.
